The types of personal information we may collect include your name and contact details, company and role information, payment details (securely stored by our payment provider), age, gender, and other demographic data, preferences and survey responses, browser, device, and usage data (including cookies and analytics), as well as any other information you provide directly or through third parties, social media, or associated applications. We may collect this information directly from you or from third parties.
2. USE
We may collect, use, and disclose personal information to provide access to our website, applications, and social media platforms, and to communicate with you. This includes contacting you about survey participation, sharing feedback with business clients where you have taken part in a survey, maintaining internal records, conducting analytics and market research, running competitions or offering benefits, carrying out advertising and marketing activities, fulfilling legal obligations, resolving disputes, and assessing employment applications.

We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers (such as IT, hosting, marketing, and payment providers), our employees and related entities, business partners, sponsors, or potential buyers of our business or assets. By providing us with personal information, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to third parties who reside outside Denmark and, if you are a European Union (EU) citizen, to third parties that reside outside the EU. Where the disclosure of your personal information is solely subject to Denmark Data Protection Act (and not subject to the GDPR), you acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that those third parties comply with Denmark Data Protection Act.
4. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Sensitive information is a special category of personal data protected under the Danish Data Protection Act. It includes details about your ethnicity, politics, religion, memberships, beliefs, sexuality, criminal record, health, or biometrics. We will only collect such information with your consent and use or disclose it only for the purpose for which it was collected, unless required or permitted by law.
5. CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the GDPR, a controller is any person or organization that determines how and why personal data is processed. We act as a controller because we collect, use, and store your personal information to provide our goods and services.
As a controller, we comply with the GDPR when handling personal information. If you are an EU citizen, your data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently; collected only for specified purposes; limited to what is necessary; kept accurate and up to date; retained only as long as needed; and processed securely to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage. We apply the same principles to the personal information of our Danish customers and clients.
In accordance with the GDPR, we have implemented several measures to protect your personal information. We maintain internal data protection policies that define how personal information is collected, stored, and managed. You have the right to request the erasure of your personal information and to ask us to restrict its processing if you believe it is inaccurate or being processed unlawfully. We also comply with GDPR requirements regarding the notification of any data breaches.
6. PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES
When acting as a data processor, we include GDPR required terms in our contracts with controllers, such as businesses engaging us to conduct surveys. Depending on the situation, we may act as a controller, a processor, or both. As a processor, we must not use sub-processors without the controller’s written consent, must cooperate with supervisory authorities, ensure data security, maintain records of processing activities, notify controllers of any data breaches, and appoint a data protection officer or EU representative if required by the GDPR. Currently, these appointments are not required for our company.
7. RIGHTS
By providing your personal information, you agree to its collection, use, and disclosure as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must also consent to your sharing personal information. You may choose not to provide personal information, but this may restrict your use of the Site or its services.
If we receive your personal information from a third party, such as a business inviting you to join a survey, we will handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you share another person’s personal information with us, you confirm that you have their consent.
You may choose to limit the collection or use of your personal information. If you have previously consented to its use for direct marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or, if applicable, through your member dashboard. If you request a restriction on processing, we will inform you how this may affect your use of our Site or services.
You may request details or a copy of the personal information we hold about you, which we can provide in CSV or another readable format. You may also ask us to erase your personal information or transfer it to another third party (data portability).
If you believe that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, please contact us using the details below or via your member dashboard. We will take reasonable steps to correct it.
If you believe we have breached the Danish Data Protection Principles or the GDPR, please contact us with full details of the alleged breach. We will investigate and respond in writing with the outcome and any actions we will take. You may also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. STORAGE AND SECURITY
We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we use appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial measures, including pseudonymization and encryption. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet, and any transmission is at your own risk. While we take steps to protect your information, we cannot ensure it will never be disclosed in a way inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
9. COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS
We may use cookies on our Site to store your preferences. Cookies do not identify you personally but allow third parties, such as Google and Facebook, to display our ads on social media or other websites as part of retargeting campaigns. If you provide personal information, it may be linked to cookie data.
